Racey is a partner McEllistrem, Fargione, Rorvig and Moe P.A. He has brought multiple cases to jury verdict, including a fully zoom jury trial, and he has argued in front of the Court of Appeals. Racey’s practice focuses on all types of personal injury cases including: car accidents, wrongful death claims, slip and falls, dog bites, sexual assaults, burns, and other injury/insurance disputes. Racey is an enrolled citizen of the Kiowa Tribe of Oklahoma. Racey is heavily involved with the Ramsey County Bar Association serving in multiple roles on the RCBA Board, and Diversity Committee. He is also a member of the Minnesota American Indian Bar Association, Hennepin County Bar Association and Minnesota State Bar Association.

Racey is from the north suburbs of the twin cities and is a proud graduate of Hamline University and Mitchell Hamline School of Law. He is married to his high school sweetheart and spends most of his time chasing around his one year old. He is successfully holding out on getting a dog… against his wife’s and daughter’s interests. In his limited free time, he likes to consider himself a classic Minnesotan and get outside as much as possible to fish, hunt, hike, bike, canoe, and play in adult sports leagues.
