Racey is our firm’s newest associate where he specifically met the firm’s requirement of “not looking good on billboards.” Racey first came to the McEllistrem Fargione in 2017 where he started as a law clerk. Since that time he has assisted with all types of personal injury cases including: car accidents, slip and falls, dog bites, sexual assaults, burns, and other injury/insurance disputes. In his time here, he has appreciated the opportunity to learn from excellent attorneys who know the law and are passionate in their representation of their clients. He has adopted those values into his own practice to effectively advocate for those who are injured and are in difficult situations.
Racey is from the north suburbs of the twin cities and is a proud graduate of Hamline University and Mitchell Hamline School of Law. He is married to his high school sweetheart and is currently holding out on getting a dog… against his wife’s interests. In his free time, he likes to consider himself a classic Minnesota boy and get outside as much as possible to fish, hunt, hike, canoe, and play in adult sports leagues.
